什麽是列頭櫃?

  列頭櫃是一列機櫃設備最頂端的一個機櫃。通常在最前端的叫列頭櫃,最末端的叫列尾櫃,主要功能是對這一列櫃的交流或者直接負載提供電源,起到配電,監控,測量、保護、告警等功能。列頭櫃類似于櫃式的配電箱,裏面集中了很多斷路器電源分配列櫃簡稱列頭櫃,而列頭櫃又分爲普通列頭櫃和精密列頭櫃。普通列頭櫃主要用于通信機房及站傳輸設備機房,安裝在設備的列頭和列尾,與條形架通信機列、光端機列等配套,通過本設備中的配電裝置,爲通信設備進行電源配。

 精密列頭櫃是機房配電在整個機房中起到至關重要的一環,但是也是很容易被忽視的一關,現在的機房設備服務器、空調、UPS、風機等都已經做到了隨時可以監控的這一步,而機房配電的監控恰恰是一個空白,傳統的配電櫃也只是幾個表頭加上幾路所需的開關而已,即使做動環監控也只是在配電櫃裏進行二次改造增加各種模塊。這樣既繁瑣而且效果也不大。

  機房配電回路一般是雙路市電接入,首先進市電配電箱,一部分給UPS,一部分給空調和照明、普通插座,UPS下端再進UPS配電櫃,分配到各個列頭櫃,經列頭櫃後接入各機櫃PDU再到負載。

列頭櫃電源進線一般選用雙電源進線,當一路電源系統故障斷電時,另一路電源自動投入以保證供電連續性。爲實現短路、過載保護,在雙電源前使用塑殼斷路器,提供短路、過載保護,還具備隔離功能,方便檢修。箱內一般需設置電氣火災監控系統,電氣火災探測器和監控單元。由于機房設備對雷擊非常敏感,所以一般要選配浪湧保護器。

  列頭櫃的主要出線回路可以選擇塑殼斷路器,如果有需要,可以加裝漏電模塊。機房設備的供電連續性非常重要,列頭櫃進線處配置有電力參數測量儀,能實時監視電氣參數水平,及時發送故障報警信號,提前發現潛在的故障隱患,同時監視用電能耗水平。
